5 Ways of Getting Out of a Bad Phase in Your Life

Communicate with people you love:
When I’m going through a funk in my life I go immediately to the people who truly know me and I know who will always bee there for me and that’s my two best friends and my family members. They keep me sane.
Stop comparing yourself to people
One thing I try to avoid is going on certain social media pages that I feel like will bring my energy down. Sometimes we compare ourselves way too much!
I always pray to God or write to him when I’m feeling down. I have lately been starting my day off listening to Joel Osteen. He is truly my favorite right now!
I’m a firm believer in doing things for yourself and what makes you happy. Like getting a fill-in, pedicure, and a massage. And…..a little shopping!
Going to a Cafe
LA is filled with little cafes and I love going to places where I can get out and just people watch or read on my iPad.
Ice Cream & Wine
