So Busy Bees it’s time to start the new year right with some fitness goals. Let’s get rid of some of our old habits and have a healthy lifestyle.
My Weight Loss Advice
I’ve been a vegetarian for four years now. Today marks the day of my transformation and I’m so happy I did it! If I can do it, you can too! I’m super simple when it comes to working out. 30-45 minutes is my max. I recommend going 3-4x a week.
But you can’t just workout and eat whatever you want. You must eat clean and know your body.
Here’s my routine:
– 10 minutes of intense stair master
– 20 minutes of intense circuit training. (Pick a day for arms, pick a day for abs and pick a day for legs)
-Invest in some sexy workout gear
