20 & Staying Healthy After Summer
As summer is coming to an end, a lot of people go back to their old ways when it comes to dieting and working out. People go back to eating junk food and sadly quit their gym membership. Why should you quit something you started working on?
Staying active even after summer is very important because when you just stop you gain twice as much weight and then you have to start over again when spring approaches. So why would you want to do that? Don’t give up on something you worked so hard for this summer just because it’s about to bee winter soon.
My story: I always show my progress when it comes to my weight because I’ve worked extremely hard these past two years getting my body together and staying active. I don’t show my body on social media just to get likes; I show it because I’ve put my heart and soul into my new lifestyle. Trust me I know my body so well now. I’m still working on to bee a solid 138-140 but I’m not going to give up because it’s about to wintertime and I can wear big clothes to hide it. No, I keep going!
So don’t stop now, keep working hard for that bomb body!
