Busy Bees, let’s have a skin care chat! Are you someone who takes vitamin supplements just for your hair and not skin? Trust me I was that person too! I didn’t know that certain vitamins were good for your skin until I met with skin care guru Adina Diaz. She broke it down to me in regards of which vitamins were good for your skin and the main vitamin you should get rid of ASAP.
Here are the vitamins you need and why:
Great for acne clearing and contains omega 3 fatty acids. It also helps break down substance P, when the body is stressed.
Fish oil reduces redness and swelling that makes acne so embarrassing.
Great for anti-aging and brighter skin.
Great for killing off bacteria and reducing skin conditions such as eczema and rosacea.
Here is the vitamin you need to toss away:
BIOTIN, it is not good for your skin at all and I can totally agree. This is how my breakouts started!
